Safety & Compliance (COR)
PrairieClean Pro operates under strict safety protocols and is fully COR (Certificate of Recognition) certified by Alberta Labour. Our safety management systems are audited annually to ensure we meet or exceed provincial Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, protecting our clients from workplace liability.
Insurance & WCB Standing
- General Liability Insurance: $5,000,000 comprehensive commercial liability coverage per occurrence.
- Surety Bonding: All direct employees are comprehensively bonded.
- WCB Alberta: We maintain an immaculate standing with the Workers' Compensation Board of Alberta. WCB clearance letters are automatically attached to all service contracts.
Employment Model
We do not utilize independent sub-contractors for our core commercial cleaning operations. Every cleaner is a direct, WCB-covered employee of PrairieClean Pro. All staff undergo provincial background checks prior to site deployment and are required to wear company-issued uniforms and ID badges while on client premises.
Invoicing Terms
Standard commercial cleaning contracts are invoiced on a net 30-day basis. We accept payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and corporate cheques. Project-based work (such as post-construction cleanups) may require a mobilization deposit as outlined in the specific project proposal.
